I am just gonna post mostly pictures about our first summer together as a couple ad the fun things we did! This is more just for me to remember the fun we had and to document it for future reverence. Ryan moved back to Mt. Carmel for the summer working as at the BLM in Kanab Utah as a season range tech. He had been doing this for the last five summers. It was a good experience for us, our relationship was strengthened so much! I was so glad though when summer was finally over and I had him back in Cedar and the wedding was right around the corner.
PS.. picture overload
We started the summer with weddings galore!
Brandon&Kaylie Crosby^
Kob&Ashley Harris^
Scott&Kendra Reeve^
I of course has the most handsome date to all of them ;)
Kevin opening his call^
Kevin opened his call on the way to state track. Lima Peru West Mission he would leave
August 24th, 2014.
Casey&Tayler Christensen^
Family Pictures with the Bulloch Clan! Funny story so this is the second time we had to take them because the first time we got snowed out. Ryan and I were not engaged the first round either haha my family was sure hoping he didn't bail out, as was I!
PRCA Rodeo^
On a Wednesday we met up at Navajo Lake after work and went fishing! ^
After fishing we hiked up behind Navajo I can't remember what the hike is called but its a cave that water comes out of from the lake it was really pretty! Then we made a campfire and roasted hotdogs and snuggled till we had to part ways!
We helped move cows!
We headed to the good ol Bundy Reunion over the 4th of July weekend! It was Ryans first reunion and I swear more people knew him than me and I'm a Bundy!!
We were at the auction and Duke Cox, who is the auctioneer, stops mid selling and says, "Reese what are you doing here?" needless to say everyone looked our way!
Little did we know this was gonna be the last reunion we would go to with Dad, I remember the many many years I spent on that mountain with my dad, it sure is not gonna be the same without him.
We took a day trip to Lake Powell with some of Ryans Kanab buddies, it was so much fun!^
We skyped often! Especially when he was on fires.
He got home from a fire in time to come to Cove Fort days to support my grandparents who served a mission there from March 2014-September-2014.
My grandparents are THE cutest in the whole world!!
I sure loved Ryans scruff (and I'm not being sarcastic)
We registered for the wedding, you can see how thrilled he is!
We finished our tables for the wedding! and on August 26th at 7 I believe we buried a bottle of bourbon upside down for good weather on our wedding day!
Its a Scottish myth I think that if you bury a bottle of bourbon upside down one month from a big event in the place the event takes place the weather is suppose to be good! Since we got married at the Temple and thought it would be inappropriate and against the law to bury it on temple grounds we did it at our reception site!
And then you have a small bottle that everyone takes a sip of to seal the deal Ryan and I just smelt it :)
Then off we sent Kevin to serve is 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!
One of my very best friends got MARRIED!! The new Mrs. Peterson
My Bridal Shower! Thanks to everyone who spoiled me!
Yes we went to Alabama for my bachelorette party! We had so much fun and went dancing at The Westerner afterwards!
That pretty much sums up our summer in a nut shell! Next is Bridals then the WEDDING!
